The Center for Sustainable Development has been providing training for developing climate action plans for communities for fourteen years.
This training program is specifically for small, rural towns in North America: the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), and all of Canada.
The scholarship for members of rural communities in North America with a population limit for your community of 10,000 or less.
We are providing 12 full scholarships for rural community members.
Plus, we are also providing 12 scholarships for Young Climate Activists. Anyone in North America interested in being proactive about climate change. Ages 15 – 25. Rural or urban. You choose!
The scholarship is meant to be open to a broad range of community members.
