Choose between one of two programs – customized for your specific nonprofit’s goals:
Work one-on-one to launch a custom program of your choice.
During these two mentored programs we will work together, one-on-one, for six months on a project of your choice.
The mentored certificate program provides cutting-edge information, time-saving templates, training, advising and expert consultancy, and leads you in working-during the training-on real course projects for your organization.
Great Communication = New Donations
How to Raise More Money and Do More Good. Work with CSDi consultants in a 6-month intensive program.
Boost Donations.
In this transformational mentored program, you will focus on launching a winning, targeted, marketing and communications program for your supporters-whether they are donors, volunteers or your programs’ clients. We will take one month for each of these six core topics:
- Write an achievable communications calendar.
- Clearly identify your non profit target audience.
- Your brand: How to make it attractive to potential supporters.
- Choose your communications channel; link it to website pages that feature a strong call to action.
- Launch your first new targeted campaign.
- Increase donations for your program services.
Choose from one of two tracks: Individual donors or foundations.
Nonprofit fundraising-also known as development-involves requesting donations from both individual donors and foundations. This program will help you be prepared for working with both individuals and foundations-and for creating the impact that your donors expect.
In this mentored training program, we will focus on improving donor communication. You will learn how to design fundable projects that will attract donor funding.
Great Program Design = Extra Funding + Increased Services
This program will lead you in developing a winning, impact oriented project and help you:
- Determine who your potential new donors are.
- Clearly articulate need and outline activities for solving the challenges.
- Show individual donors the ‘why’ behind your request for a donation.
- Develop documentation to support your project such as budgets and fact sheets.
- Carefully compare project design to donor interest.
- Capture donor imagination with improved communications.
- Enjoy increased funding for your program services.
The Mentored Training Concept:
These two mentored programs are not based upon lectures: they are based upon action. The programs are designed in a progression where each weekly module represents one sequential step in developing your course program. Each assignment has real tools for you to download, print out, edit, and use as templates over and over again in launching new initiatives.
The mentored certificate programs begin July 5.
I look forward to working with you.
Sincerely,
Tim Magee
